Do conversations with other cleanroom enthusiasts inspire you so much, too? Are you interested in cleanroom practice across sub-sectors and national borders? Would you also like more exchange and networking? Or would you like to learn, train or improve practical work in your cleanroom team?
It has always been my wish to create an international forum for all this. I made this personal dream come true in Wangen an der Aare, Switzerland: The Cleanroom Future Campus is a meeting place for users, researchers, suppliers, service providers, dealers and all other people interested in cleanrooms. At the same time, we can pass on our knowledge and experience to young people in seminars and courses. Perhaps we will also be able to develop and establish common industry standards here?
To this exchange, I personally contribute my 34 years of experience in the cleanroom industry. As early as 2008, I created the Cleanroom Academy, my first training program for cleanroom personnel, with courses on general behavior, cleaning- and good manufacturing practice. The experiences and ideas from ten successful years at the Cleanroom Academy and my time at Profi-Con are now part of the Cleanroom Future Campus: This future meeting place for the industry is intended to focus even more strongly on joint networking.
Like the Cleanroom Academy, the Cleanroom Future Campus also offers certified courses and seminars for cleanroom cleaners, from operators to supervisors. We work practice-oriented in small groups and practice all important steps ourselves. In addition, I have significantly expanded the range of training courses on offer:
The Cleanroom Future Campus has developed new formats e.g. for cleanroom managers that impart or deepen task-specific knowledge. From a basic overview of aspects such as (further) qualification and motivation of your staff, monitoring and documentation, to a 4-day course to become a certified cleanroom manager, the Campus has the right offer for every need. In addition, each of my events offers the opportunity for a direct exchange with cleanroom enthusiasts who are facing similar tasks.
I also offer CEOs, executives and newcomers to the industry individual advice, e.g. on offers, tenders and the next steps to master their specific challenges. I will also be happy to support you in planning a new cleanroom, and can offer you on-site coaching in addition to my courses.
Further opportunities to get to know and network are also available at the Quality Cleanroom Forum 2019 and the Global Cleanroom Forum 2020: Here the main focus is on efficient production and the optimal design of cleanrooms, see here. The seminars, courses and events of the Cleanroom Future Campus as well as your way to participate can be found here.
I am looking forward to seeing you!
Yours, Frank Duvernell.
